Luciano Cigars’ Foreign Affairs Toro Extra was developed in collaboration with Mike Dounoulis and Frank Cossio. The filler features a blend of tobaccos from the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. It’s held together by not one, but two binders—from Nicaragua and Ecuador—rolled in a “cross-bound” style for an even and slow burn.

The Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper boasts a flawless appearance and, in its pre-light state, gives off a subtly sweet aroma with hints of leather, earth, and a touch of pepper. Once lit, the cigar delivers a balanced smoking experience, combining strength and complexity. The flavor profile intensifies with notes of coffee, leather, and mild black pepper, joined by soft, creamy nuances of café au lait and toasted bread at the start.
