Tatuaje Old Man and the C Monster brings together two distinctive pieces of Tatuaje history in a highly limited release: the signature Old Man and the C presentation and The Creature blend from the celebrated Monster Series. Created for adult cigar enthusiasts and collectors, this release presents The Creature in a special 7 x 44 Lonsdale format, with each cigar housed in its own individual coffin.

The Old Man and the C concept dates to 2011, when Tatuaje introduced an El Triunfador-based presentation featuring Culebra and Lancero formats packaged in a hinged coffin box. The concept was later revisited with Tatuaje Black Label and Fausto blends. Old Man and the C Monster marks the first time a Monster Series blend has been incorporated into the concept, adding another distinctive chapter to the series.

At the center of this release is The Creature, a blend that first appeared as part of Tatuaje's Monster Mash sampler in 2021 and later returned in the Monster Smash sampler in 2024. According to Tatuaje, The Creature is a 100% Nicaraguan blend, utilizing Nicaraguan tobacco for the wrapper, binder, and filler.
