Rocky Patel Sixty is a milestone release created to celebrate founder Rocky Patel's 60th birthday in 2021. Rather than releasing the cigars immediately, the finished blend was given approximately two additional years of aging before release, adding an extended maturation period to an already distinctive anniversary project. Handcrafted at Rocky Patel's TaviCusa factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, Sixty combines Nicaraguan craftsmanship, aged tobacco, and an elegant box-pressed presentation.

The blend is built around a dark, oily Mexican San Andrés wrapper surrounding a hearty core of Nicaraguan long-filler tobaccos. The naturally rich character of San Andrés wrapper leaf complements the Nicaraguan interior, creating a tobacco recipe centered on darker, earthy, roasted, and spicy characteristics.

An important part of the Sixty story is its aging process. According to Rocky Patel, the cigars were aged for approximately two years after rolling before their release, allowing additional time for the wrapper and interior tobaccos to develop together.
