Cigar King Aged Reserve Natural Robusto (5x50 / Box 25)
The Cigar King Aged Reserve has been one of our top sellers since it’s introduction in 1997. The equation of value, quality, and incredibly mild, yet smooth flavor has made this particular blend famous in our retail stores.
Cigar King Aged Reserve cigars are hand-made at Macanudo Cigar Factory, which is owned by General Cigar Co. Our blending team took a meticulous 5 years and many trips overseas to the factory before we finally deemed the Cigar King Aged Reserve ready to be smoked and sold on the market.
Little did we know, our patience and dedication would pay off greatly - Today, we're proud to say we've sold over one million Aged Reserve Cigars! Each individual cigar is meticulously constructed 100% by hand, and is tissue wrapped leaving the band and the top inch of the cigar exposed. This method protects the foot of the cigar while still allowing you to view it's gorgeous wrapper.
Available in two variations (Natural and Maduro), the blend starts with quality, slow-aged Dominican and Honduran filler tobaccos along with an Ecuadorian binder leaf. Next comes the “choose your own adventure” of either a Connecticut Shade wrapper grown in the USA or a Broadleaf Maduro wrapper. Both are from a 1997 crop of tobacco that is ours exclusively.
If you choose the Cigar King Aged Reserve Natural (Connecticut), you can expect a smooth, mild smoke with hints of cedar, nuts, and light earthy elements. However, if you choose the Cigar King Aged Reserve Maduro (Broadleaf), you’ll experience a well balanced medium bodied cigar with rich flavors of coffee, earth, and rich dark cocoa.
So, choose your own adventure, and enjoy a delightful Cigar King Aged Reserve Cigar today!

I smoke the Cigar King Aged Reserve line in both robusto and toro on a regular basis. Both are excellent cigars. They are consistent, well constructed, and have produced no problems while smoking that I've encountered. I find the flavors range from creamy and mild to medium earthy/cedar with a good straight tobacco core. I find that the robustos tend to smoke with a bit more body, which may be due to their shape. I enjoy these mornings and really any time of day. Oh, and thank you to Cigar King for making these available in boxes of 25, which was the traditional quantity for a box of cigars until the Boom back before the turn of the century saw producers reduce their quantities to mostly 20.
This was the first time I purchased a box of the Cigar King Aged Reserve Robustos, and I am very satisfied with them. A lovely Connecticut wrapper, with a mild but flavorful smoke. I'll definitely be buying these again.
I have tried other cigars from time to time but I always seem to drift back to the Cigar King Aged Reserve. Very smooth cigar.
