I thought that I was ordering two boxes of 10 complete samples each. What I got was a "pack" of 20 cigars, but two of the brands, like Frank and another were missing, with a third replacement of ones available to make up the twenty count. I now know that a "pack" is not a box and, as "samplers" they were incomplete.
