Perdomo ESV 1991 Imperio Maduro (6x54 / Box 20)
Nick Perdomo, CEO of Perdomo Cigars is one of the greatest cigar manufacturers our industry has ever seen. What makes his company so unique is that they are a 100% vertically integrated cigar manufacturer. That means they control every process, from seed to soil. Their facilities consist of thousands of acres of farmland, greenhouses, curing barns, sorting departments, production facilities, a state-of-the-art box factory, and a first class packaging operation. They’ve graced the world with a multitude of smash-hit releases, from everyday value smokes to top of the line small batch limited edition releases, and have been rated as high as 97 by big-name outfits.
Their creme-de-la-creme release has finally arrived from the 2019 IPCPR show, and it’s creating a gigantic buzz around the industry. Introducing Perdomo’s rarest release they’ve ever graced the market with: Perdomo Estate Selection Vintage Limited Edition. We had the luxury of trying one of each wrapper last night at a private tasting and were thrilled beyond belief. Needless to say, each Cigar King employee went home that night with a personal box for our own humidors. Yeah, it was that good- and we are putting our official Cigar King stamp of approval on this groundbreaking blend.
The PERDOMO Estate Selección Vintage Limited Edition Box-Pressed is a hand-crafted using the top five percent of the Perdomo family's estate grown tobaccos from the prestigious Finca Natalie Farm in Estelí, Nicaragua. The PERDOMO ESV Limited Edition Box-Pressed is an elegant smoking experience with rich aromas and bold, complex flavors. The dark, oily Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper offers thick plumes of aromatic smoke with notes of chocolate and coffee. The Cuban-seed Nicaraguan binder and filler offer a rich spiciness with oaky undertones. The combination of the wrapper, binder, and fillers in this blend offers sweet flavors with rich complex aromas, and a smooth espresso finish.
