Cain is the latest creation from Studio Tobac, creator of the infamous NUB cigars. His latest offering is summed up in three words. Strong, complex, and smooth. Cain uses a blend of three types of ligero for the filler: Esteli Ligero, Condega Ligero, and Jalapa Ligero. This gives the cigar an amazing amount of complexity and strength. To make the cigar smooth, they triple ferment all of these tobaccos. It uses a Nicaraguan binder and is finished off with a Habano or Maduro wrapper. As with NUB, Cain is handmade at the Oliva cigar factory in Esteli Nicaragua so you know you're getting a well made cigar. The result is a wonderful full bodied smoke that is smooth and complex with flavors of pepper and earth that burns and draws well.
