The Habana Leon Cigars are made in Little Havana Miami, FL by Pepin Garcia. The name of this great cigar comes from one of the more prominent teams in Cuban baseball history, the Habana Leones, who were affectionately nicknamed the Rojos or reds by their fans. Habana Leon uses a very stong and full bodied blend of 70% ligero tobaccos for the filler which is wrapped in a Nicaraguan grown binder. It is topped off by a Nicaragun grown redish-brown Corojo Wrapper from a 2000 crop. A Red and Gold label top off this complex, full bodied masterpiece made by Pepin Garcia.
