Are you ready for the Bull? Matador Coffee Roasting Co, was founded in Seattle by a family with a rich history in the coffee business and a passion for creating the finest quality coffees. Their family has been roasting coffees for 3 generations. After tiring of the weather in Seattle, they moved their boutique business right here to our back yard.
Now located locally in Scottsdale, AZ, Matador fresh roasts all of their coffees every Monday. Their focus is on small batch roasting and they use old world techniques to insure the highest level of flavor and smoothness per cup. Matador uses only the finest beans and their roasters have gone through rigorous training in order to create blends that highlight the true character of each batch of coffee. Where others are interested in quantity, Matador is only interested in providing quality coffee to those who care what is in their cup.
