It is creamy with a slightly nutty twist. Cuvee is the French term used to denote wine of a specific blend or batch. The word originates from the French word cuve meaning vat. Heavily influenced by soil, climate and water and water table, great cigars and champagnes have much in common. Great champagne is created by harvesting the finest grapes and fermenting each specific variety separately. The vintages are then combined in artful proportions to optimize each blend or Cuvee. Understanding the characteristics and composition of each plot of soil, allows the Cusano's to select the ideal tobacco variety to plant and grow.
