Why should I order from Cigar King?
A. We are
a real tobacconist, not a warehouse or wholesaler. Because we are a tobacconist,
we understand our products better than most of our competitors. Our staff
is very knowledgeable about the products that we sell, and we encourage our
customers to pick their brains. Customer service is what built our business,
and our Internet operation is based on that principle. We have been servicing
our customers for over 40 years, and we will continue to do so long into the

Does Cigar King Charge Tax?
A. Cigar King only charges tax on sales
for delivery within the state Arizona. If you are outside of Arizona, then
you are in the clear! You will not be charged any tax.

What about backorders?
A. The items offered for sale on our
site should be in stock most of the time. If we make a mistake and do not
have the item in stock, we will contact you. Please be sure to give us your
day time phone number and e-mail address in the appropriate places in order
to contact you as soon as possible and avoid any delays in your shipment.

How are products shipped?
A. We ship via FedEx for all packages
shipped with in the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. We do not
ship to any PO BOX. You choose the service option based on when you need the
product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service.

A. We have a fairly
simple guideline for shipping.

Next Day AIr - Delivery on the Next Business Day
(Guaranteed) - This option is billed by the wieght of the package and usually
starts around $24.00.
FREE SHIPPING - Place any order over $250 and we
will include FREE Ground shipping to any address in the continental US!
Q. Does Cigar King ship International and APO orders?
A. Absolutely! We specialize in filling
orders for our international customers. You can even order your products online
via our secure server! Or, if you prefer, you can call us at our local number
1-480-214-0238. However, at this time we are not accepting any orders for
shipment to Canada.
Q. How much will International
shipping cost?
A. All international shipments will
be made via FedEx and will be billed to your credit card according to current
FedEx rates. Please select the default shipping method (International Shipping
- Will be billed), and we will bill your credit card for the shipping cost
after your order is placed and we know what the shipping charge will be. You
will be charged for shipping. PLEASE NOTE - While we do ship international
packages discretely, If your package does get stopped by customs in your country,
you ARE responsible for paying any duty that may be assessed.
The smaller the order, the more likely it will make it through customs. If
you refuse delivery of a shipment, we WILL bill your credit
card for all shipping charges related to the order (both directions) . If

Q. When
and Where will my order be shipped from?
A. Most orders will
be shipped from our Arizona facility. Most orders placed before 3pm CST will
be shipped the same day.
Q. How do I know when my order
will arrive.?
A.
If you provide us with a valid email address while placing your order, we
can email you a tracking # for your order. If your package is shipped to a
location within the continental US via ground service, it will take about
3-5 Business days for your package to arrive. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska,
your package should arrive within 7 business days. All international orders
can take up to 14 days to arrive. Please note: You
start counting delivery days after the day that your order is shipped. For
example a package ordered with 3 day air service that is shipped on Tuesday
would deliver on Friday. If that same order with 3 Day Air service is shipped
on Wednesday, it would deliver on Monday. (Don not count Saturday, Sunday,
or Holidays as Business Days)
Q. What is
your return policy?
A. Here's the bottom line. If you are not
100% satisfied with any product you order from Cigar King, you may return
it within 30 days of shipment for a courteous and prompt exchange or refund.
Delivery charges are refunded only if the mistake or damage is ours. Please
call 1-800-669-7167 or email us to obtain a Return
Authorization number. Once you receive your R.A. number, please send your
