The CAO Flavours Caramelo Joe is the newest addition to the premium CAO Flavours line. Caramelo Joe was created as the tobacco based embodiment of a Caramel Macchiato, a delectable combination of flavors including roasted espresso, frothed milk, and semi-sweet caramel. As with the other CAO Flavours, no expense was spared when choosing tobacco. Caramelo Joe uses patiently aged Dominican fillers and a Grade One Cameroon wrapper.
