Bolivar cigars feature a Honduran San Agustin Ligero wrapper and the powerhouse Connecticut-grown Havano Medio Tiempo wrapper used for a binder. Bolivar uses filler leaves from Esteli Nicaragua, Ometepe NIcaragaua (a Volcanic Island), and the Dominican Republic to complete the blend.
